The Polimuseo is a virtual museum born from the collaboration between two institutions of higher education, IIS Albert Einstein and Liceo Banfi of Vimercate (Italy), with the support of the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering of the Politecnico of Milano, Politecnico Foundation, Micron Semiconductor Italia Srl and Micron Foundation.
Our goal is to reconstruct the history of technological development by describing it through the cataloging and description of the apparatuses that have been part of it. The realization of the museum was carried out by students coming from a scientific high school and a technical institute who received the support of a scientific committee, made up of their professors, Politecnico professors and experts from the Politecnico Foundation and Micron.
